Amy Ellenbogen, LCSW, brings over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience to her coaching practice, offering grounded, insightful support for leaders in mission-driven work. She helps clients clarify goals, deepen self-awareness, and stay aligned with their purpose—while building emotional intelligence, resilience, and joy. With a practical and empathic approach, Amy offers tools and strategies to strengthen management skills and support long-term success​and lead more effectively with clarity, purpose, and resilience — without losing their humanity or sanity.

Structure & Fees

Services are customized to support learning, personal growth, and accountability. Many clients opt for  biweekly 1:1 coaching for an initial period of three months.  Sliding scale is available. 

​

One-time Strategy session (50 minutes) - $200 

This is a stand-alone experience designed to illuminate where you are and what’s next. Clients often use this session as a bridge between exploration and ongoing coaching, or as an opportunity to consult a thought-partner during times of transition. Before meeting, you’ll complete a brief reflection exercise or share background materials to help Amy prepare.​
 

This is available for first-time clients only.

Session may include:

  • Identifying the patterns, tensions, or opportunities at play in your current situation

  • Clarifying your goals and values in relation to your work or leadership path

  • Mapping next steps or strategies for continued growth
